At Cozy Cravings by Anushka, our products are freshly prepared in small batches, so we follow a limited return and refund policy.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before preparation has started. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

As our products are freshly prepared food items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is any issue with the products received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please share clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging along with your order number so that we can review the issue and assist you with an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be processed after the issue has been reviewed and confirmed.

For payments made online or through UPI, the refund will be made through the applicable payment method or payment process.

Refund processing and credit time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements generally cannot be provided for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Products that have been improperly stored or handled after delivery
  • Products consumed or partially consumed before reporting an issue
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Custom & Special Orders

Customised, personalised, or specially prepared orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once preparation has started.
