Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery across Delhi/NCR. Delivery availability and applicable delivery charges are determined based on the delivery address entered at checkout.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance between our store and the delivery address. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

Order Preparation

As our products are freshly made in small batches, orders require preparation time before dispatch. Most orders are prepared fresh and are generally ready for delivery within 24 hours, depending on the products ordered and order volume.

Delivery Time

Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched for delivery. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, traffic, weather conditions and delivery partner availability.

Self Pickup

Self pickup is available from our store and is free of charge. Orders are generally ready for pickup within 24 hours.

Customers will receive pickup instructions once their order is ready.

While we always try our best to deliver orders within the expected timeframe, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, unforeseen circumstances or delivery partner availability. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct and complete when placing your order. We may not be able to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
