Products & Orders

All our products are homemade and prepared in small batches. Because of this, slight variations in appearance, colour, size or decoration may occur from one batch to another.

Product descriptions, ingredients, pack sizes and prices are provided on the respective product pages. Please review the product details before placing your order.

An order is considered confirmed once it has been successfully placed through our website and the required payment has been received or verified.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹).

We currently accept payments through the payment methods made available at checkout, including manual UPI payment where applicable.

For manual UPI payments, orders will be processed only after payment has been verified.

Delivery

We currently offer delivery across Delhi/NCR, subject to delivery availability at the address entered at checkout.

Applicable delivery charges and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout.

Self pickup may also be available from our store.

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate.

Order Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Cancellation, return and refund requests are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

As our products are freshly prepared food items, returns are generally not accepted after delivery. Genuine issues such as damaged or incorrect orders will be reviewed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Product Information & Allergens

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as milk, nuts, wheat/gluten and other ingredients.

Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us before placing an order to discuss ingredient information.

Custom Orders

Customised or specially prepared orders may have different preparation requirements. Once preparation has started, such orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website.

We may update product availability, pricing, descriptions and website policies from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on the website.
